We are writing to share some difficult news. Starting May 2, 2025 (Eastern Time), the U.S. Customs will officially end the T86 tax-free clearance channel. This means that all packages entering the United States will be subject to import duties, regardless of whether their declared value is under $800.

 

What’s Changing:

Beginning May 2, 2025:

● All imported parcels will be taxed, including low-value shipments.

● Two new customs fee models will apply:

        ① 120% ad valorem tax based on declared goods value, or

        ② $100 flat duty per shipment (whichever is higher).

 Starting June 1, 2025:

● The flat duty rate increases to $200 per shipment.

 

What This Means for You – And for Us:

As a small brand, we’ve always worked hard to keep our prices low and fair. But with these sudden and steep changes in customs policy, we simply cannot absorb the costs on our own anymore.

To stay in business and continue delivering the products you love, we will have to raise our prices by an estimated 40% to 50%.

This decision breaks our hearts, but it's no longer sustainable for us to ship internationally without accounting for the dramatic increase in duties, handling, and compliance fees.

We understand this price adjustment may be difficult to accept. It is for us, too. But it's the only way we can continue operating under these new rules.

 

What You Can Do Now:

To make sure you can still enjoy your favorite products at current prices:

● Place your order before April 24, 2025, 12:00 PM (ET). We will do our best to           ship all orders under the current (tax-free) system.

● Order before April 22, if possible, to increase your chances of qualifying for             duty-free clearance.

● After these dates, our prices will be adjusted to include customs costs, and             shipping times may also be affected by the formal clearance process.

This is not an easy time for us. We’ve grown together with your support, and every order has helped our small team thrive. We never wanted to raise our prices. But we want to be honest with you — this change leaves us no other choice.
